One of the biggest concerns for organisations when adopting a rapid eLearning approach is about devaluing the learning experience and overwhelming employees with poor quality learning. We show organisations how to empower their Learning and Development Team to deliver rapid eLearning successfully.
Our Master eLearning Course is designed and developed by B Online Learning. It gives businesses the ability to offer alternative training strategies in house that are low cost but do not compromise on quality or objective. It offers practical advice, application and inside industry knowledge to empower individuals with a successful eLearning strategy.
Designed for training program developers, HR professionals, training co-ordinators, instructional designers, workplace trainers and teachers who wish to develop, design and deliver eLearning courses.
Articulate Storyline determines the device the user is on and then outputs the appropriate format – so if you are on an IPAD, PC or Mac the content chooses how you should view the course every time. LearnFlex, our Learning Management System tracks where you are up to in the course no matter what device you use or if you change devices. So you can log in later on another device and the course automatically bookmarks where you were on the previous device! So easy.
B Online Learning offer 2 options for completing the Master eLearning Course to suit your position and lifestyle:
Use your existing authoring tool and LMS or take the opportunity to gain practical experience using best of breed, award winning education technologies LearnFlex Learning Management System, LearnFlex Connect and Articulate.

Take away a fully functional, SCORM compliant, eLearning course ready for delivery in the workplace!
The workplace teams component of the course allows for individuals from the same business or organisation who are enrolled in the course to collaborate together on their eLearning design and development process. Each team participate in their own webinar with the Learning Coach to learn:
Upon successful completion of this course you will be awarded a Statement of Attainment which comprises three units from the Diploma of Training and Assessment.
Update: In October 2011, the revised TAE was endorsed which covers Diploma level competenices. In accordance with AQTF we have 12 months to transition to the new competencies. We are waiting for the Australian Skills Quality Authority to amend our Scope of Registration and as soon as this is processed we will amend this page to reflect the new competencies.
We suggest a structured program of 4 months duration. Students need to be able to set aside around 6-8 hours per week to work on this program. All students have access to the course for 12 months, where they can continue to access LearnFlex Connect, our collaboration tool which offers peer networking, expert advice through blogs and wikis.
