Learning and Development professionals are facing increasing pressure to be all things to all people. Our workplaces are more dynamic and diverse than ever. Some organisations are needing to design solutions that meet the needs of four different generations with very different needs, interests and learning styles. This webinar will take you through some of the questions we look to ask in the designing stage to make sure that our solutions are tailored to the needs of our audiences whilst meeting the objectives of the organisation.
