John is the Founder of GroundUp Solutions. A diverse and experienced professional having held a number of varied management roles throughout his career and has spent the last 20 years in both the national and international resources sector. John has worked across commercial, marketing and operational disciplines before changing pace and moving into roles with more of a human capital focus. John has sound commercial acumen and a strong understanding of customer and stakeholder needs. This is supported and influenced by his ongoing work as a Director of a local not for profit community services organisation - UnitingCare Wesley Bowden. Some of his career highlights to date include leading customer growth projects to underpin critical business expansion initiatives, implementing national systems and processes and building newly founded departments from the ground up. John prides himself on his ability to understand the needs of his clients and deliver fit for purpose solutions that are focused on driving individual capability and organisational performance.
